Introducing Yoga Central, a unique yoga studio in the Oakhurst section of Decatur, GA providing sequenced-based Hatha yoga for beginners, intermediates and seasoned practitioners. Open since 2006, Yoga Central is proud and honored that you have made us your neighborhood yoga studio!
We offer one-hour classes with choices of morning or evening class-times, 7 days a week. During COVID-19, and for the foreseeable future, we are offering online classes! The feedback we have received from our students is that you want our online instruction to stay; and we have heard you loud and clear. We will continue offering online classes and in-studio classes when possible–depending on the course of the pandemic–because your safety matters.
We appreciate both our new and longstanding members of the Yoga Central family! As we continue to grow, we are always grateful to share in your Hatha yoga practice with you. Also, please remember to feel free to ask questions or share observations as you progress in your Hatha yoga discipline. We always welcome a “beginner’s mind.”
